A raw material formulation mainly comprises the following materials in weight portion: 80 to 120 portions of loose-type polyvinyl chloride resin, 20 to 55 portions of tetraoctyl pyromellitate, 5 to 35 portions of polyester plasticizer and 12 to 18 portions of calcium-zinc stabilizer, wherein the polymerization degree of the loose-type polyvinyl chloride resin is between 2,000 and 3,000; in the calcium-zinc stabilizer, the total content of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium is less than or equal to 10 ppm of the total weight of the calcium-zinc stabilizer; the polyester plasticizer is polypropylene-1, 2-glycol adipate or polypropylene-1, 3-butylene terephthalate; and the molecular weight of the polyester plasticizer is between 3,000 and 4,000. After the material is aged in a hot-air oven for 168 hours at 158 DEG C, the retention rate of tensile strength is up to 106 percent; the retention rate of elongation at break is 97 percent; and the material is good in mechanical physical properties and insulating property. Therefore, the material meets the temperature-resistant requirement on long-term operating temperature at 125 DEG C in UL1581.

The invention relates to a method for increasing the retention rate of calcium carbonate in paper-process reconstituted tobacco sheets. The purpose of the invention is to solve the problems that: since the prior art directly adds calcium carbonate, the bonding force between the calcium carbonate and tobacco fibers is weak, as a result, loss is severe, the material utilization rate is low, the amount of waste water to be treated is large, and the treatment cost is high. The technical point is that: needed chemical constituents are extracted from tobacco material, residue is ground into pulp after extraction, and the concentration of the pulp is regulated between 3 percent and 25 percent; the solution of soluble carbonate accounting for 4 percent to 40 percent of the weight of dry fibers in the pulp is added into the pulp, and is fully stirred and uniformly mixed, and impregnation is then carried out for 20 to 150 minutes, so that the fibers of the pulp can be impregnated with the soluble carbonate; the solution of soluble calcium salt, the molar mass of which is approximately equal to the molar mass of the soluble carbonate, is added into the impregnated pulp, and is fully stirred and uniformly mixed, static reaction is then carried out for 30 to 180 minutes, and the reaction temperature is controlled at 5 DEG C to 50 DEG C; and after the static reaction, the pulp is made into reconstituted tobacco sheets by papermaking equipment.

Additionally, by dynamically restructuring the game, management may communicate incentives dynamically to agents to incentivize agents to change their game actions in ways that lead to call routing following management priorities. Management may further influence routing by adjusting management preferences, which may be taken into account along with agent game results and game actions when routing calls. By incorporating agent game results and game actions in the routing scheme, agents are engaged and entertained, so that their work is less boring and monotonous. The agents are also given more control over their work, thus tending to increase job satisfaction and therefore agent retention and contact-center performance.
