This application discloses an intelligent operation and maintenance control method and apparatus for a
core network, relating to the field of operation and maintenance technology. The method includes: in response to detecting an anomaly in the
core network, identifying at least one target
network element in the
core network with the anomaly; obtaining target state data corresponding to the target
network element, the target state data including at least one of: network fault level corresponding to the target
network element, the value of at least one performance indicator, and
service experience difference values; based on the target state data, using a
reinforcement learning model, determining the target operation and maintenance action required by the target network element, the
reinforcement learning model including the mapping relationship between different state data and operation and
maintenance actions; determining the feasibility result of the target network element executing the target operation and maintenance action; and in response to the feasibility result indicating that the target network element is suitable for executing the target operation and maintenance action, controlling the target network element to execute the target operation and maintenance action. This application can perform operation and maintenance
processing in a timely and effective manner when anomalies occur in the core network.
