The invention discloses a neural network method for diagnosing analog circuit failures which is based on a particle swarm algorithm, and comprises the following steps: imposing an actuating signal to an analog circuit to be tested, measuring an actuating response signal in the testing nodes of the circuit, extracting the candidate signal of failure characteristics by implementing noise elimination and then wavelet packet transformation on the measured actuating response signal, extracting the failure characteristics information by further implementing orthogonal principal component analysis and normalization processing on the candidate signal of failure characteristics, and sending the failure characteristics information as samples to the neural network for implementing classification. The method adopts the particle swarm algorithm instead of a gradient descent method in traditional BP algorithms, thus leading the improved algorithm to be characterized in that the algorithm avoids the local minimum problem and has better generalization performance. The BP neural network method for diagnosing the analog circuit failures which is optimized on the basis of particle swarm can obviously reduce iteration times in the algorithm, improve the precision of network convergence, and improve diagnosis speed and precision.

The invention relates to a locking control method of a large-travel nano-displacement and positioning macro-motion table as well as a system thereof. The method comprises the operating steps: (1) a communication interface of a computer (upper computer ) sends an instruction for controlling, firstly, a macro-positioning system is started up to drive the macro-motion table and a micro-motion worktable to move together, and the macro-positioning is finished when the detected positioning error is smaller than the switching threshold value; (2) the computer controls and locks the macro-motion worktable, and is switched to a micro-positioning system dynamically in the meanwhile; and (3) the micro-positioning system controls the micro-motion worktable to further reach the target location required by the system and complete the positioning. The system mainly comprises: the macro-motion table and the micro-motion worktable as well as corresponding driving systems; a grating feedback system; a PMAC controller; a laser interferometer calibration system; a computer system; and a vibration isolation and noise elimination device (an air floatation vibration isolation platform) and the like. The hardware structure of the existing system is configured (a piezoelectric ceramic driving device) by adopting the method as required, when the macro-motion table meets the positioning requirements and stops the movement, piezoelectric ceramics lock the table, thereby improving the positioning accuracy of the system.

Silencer

The invention relates to a silencer which comprises a barrel body. The barrel body is provided with an air inlet end and an air outlet end. Two partition plates are arranged in the barrel body. The outer edges of the partition plates are connected with the inner wall of the barrel body in a sealing mode. A plurality of air current holes are formed in the circumferential direction of each partition plate. The partition plates separate the inner space of the barrel body into a first space, a second space and a third space which are different in volume. The air inlet end and the air outlet end are respectively connected with an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe. Exhaust holes are formed in the surface of the part, extending into the barrel body, of the air outlet pipe. Due to the fact that the inner space of the barrel body of the silencer is separated into three spaces different in volume by the partition plates with the air current holes, air currents can be made to be exhausted through an exhaust pipe after being dramatically increased or shrunk and going through several times of abrupt changes, sound waves are made to be reflected for several times to generate offset interference, and sound energy is remarkably reduced and exhausted, so that the purpose of noise elimination is achieved. The silencer achieves good noise elimination effect and is simple in structure and low in cost.
