The invention relates to the technical field of
civil engineering, in particular to an efficient high-frequency
induction welding process and tool for a wiring board and a connecting board of a
current transformer. The process is based on a double-
station welding tool,
welding operation is completed through tool pre-debugging, wiring board positioning,
brazing filler metal presetting, supporting
assembly adjusting, connecting plate clamping, double-
station synchronous heating and finished product taking in sequence, and synchronous
welding of two sets of wiring boards and connecting plates is achieved through the design that double-
station synchronous high-frequency
induction heating is combined with preset bent
soldering lugs. The tool comprises a high-frequency welding
induction heating ring, a high-temperature-resistant mounting base, a double-station gear meshing lifting
assembly, a bending welding piece and a double-station adjustable connecting plate supporting
assembly.
Welding of two sets of products can be completed within 120 s, the average consumed time of a single set is 60 s, and the welding efficiency is improved by about 60% compared with a traditional mode; the tool is matched with the wiring board and the connecting board with the length smaller than or equal to 90 mm, frequent replacement is not needed, the problem of false welding in the
welding process is solved, welding meat is full, and consistency is good.
