processing equipment and method for round rod-shaped aluminum profiles. The equipment includes a table, with a transmission
assembly and a
polishing machine connected to the upper part of the table. The transmission
assembly includes a drive structure and a support structure. A second transmission
pipe rotates at one end of the support structure, and a first transmission
pipe rotates at the other end. A sleeve is fixed to the inner wall of the first transmission
pipe, and a conveying blade is fixed to the sleeve. A mesh is formed near the conveying blade on the first transmission pipe, and a clamping
assembly is fixed to the sleeve. This automated
processing equipment integrates a
drying function into the transmission assembly, utilizing the profile's own rotation to drive the conveying blade, achieving instant
polishing and
drying of the
cutting fluid. Simultaneously, a spring-loaded
abutment wheel provides adaptive follow-up support for the rotating long rod profile. This simplifies the equipment structure, reduces manufacturing costs, and effectively improves
polishing accuracy and production continuity.
