Method for drying honeysuckles

The invention discloses a method for drying honeysuckles. The method includes placing screened fresh honeysuckles into color-protecting solution; laying the honeysuckles on stainless steel screen cloth after the color-protecting solution on the honeysuckles is drained, and placing the stainless steel screen cloth in a drying chamber of a heat pump drying machine; setting the temperature of the drying chamber at 40-60 DEG C, setting an air speed of the drying chamber at 1-2.5m/s and setting the concentration of oxygen in the drying chamber at 5-21%; filling the drying chamber with nitrogen for 3-5 minutes at intervals of 20-30 minutes in drying procedures, keeping the required concentration of the oxygen in the drying chamber unchanged, and drying the honeysuckles for 6-10 hours to obtain the honeysuckles which are dried by the aid of heat pumps; placing the screen cloth with the honeysuckles into a microwave generator after the honeysuckles are dried by the aid of the heat pumps, and drying the honeysuckles by the aid of microwaves until the moisture contents of the honeysuckles are lower than or equal to 12%; spreading the honeysuckles in cool, clean and ventilation positions to temper the honeysuckles; loading the honeysuckles in compound zip-lock bags, and filling the insides of the bags with nitrogen so that the concentration of oxygen in each bag is lower than or equal to 5%. The drying chamber of the heat pump drying machine is preheated for at least 30 minutes before the stainless steel screen cloth is placed in the drying chamber. The method has the advantages that a manufacturing process is simple, the cost is low, and the quality of products are stable; a brightness value L of the honeysuckles manufactured by the method is larger than 60, the total phenol content of the honeysuckles is higher than 0.5%, a chlorogenic acid loss rate is lower than 20%, and the method has obvious merits, an important application prospect and high popularization utilization value.

The invention discloses a green porous near-infrared reflection pigment and a preparation method thereof. The chemical composition is NaZn[1-x](Cr)xPO4, wherein x is 0.10-0.25. The preparation method comprises the following steps; proportionally dissolving a zinc salt and a chromium salt in deionized water, and stirring at room temperature to obtain a zinc-chromium solution; heating the zinc-chromium solution in a water bath, and slowly and dropwisely adding phosphoric acid while stirring, thereby obtaining a zinc-chromium-phosphorus solution; dissolving sodium carbonate or sodium bicarbonate in water to obtain a sodium solution as a precipitant; slowly and dropwisely adding the precipitant into the zinc-chromium-phosphorus solution to regulate the pH value, standing, washing with water, washing with alcohol, and drying to obtain a precursor powder; and putting the precursor in a muffle furnace, calcining, carrying out furnace cooling, and grinding to obtain the green porous near-infrared reflection pigment. The brightness value of the pigment is 60.27-67.34, and the near-infrared sunlight reflectivity is 63.84-69.12%, which are respectively higher than those of the common iron green pigment. Thus, the green porous near-infrared reflection pigment has wide application prospects in the field of solar heat reflective insulation paints.

Backlight system and microstructure reflector plate

The invention relates to a backlight system and a microstructure reflector plate thereof, the backlight system comprises a light guide plate, a light source and a reflector plate, wherein the light guide plate is provided with a light inlet surface, a light outlet surface and a bottom surface which is opposite to the light outlet surface, the light source is arranged near the light inlet surface, the reflector plate is arranged near the bottom surface, and the reflector plate is equipped with a micro-reflection structure. Simultaneously, the invention also relates to a microstructure reflector plate, which is used in the backlight system for displaying of a passive lighting flat-panel, and is provided with a micro-reflection structure. By means of the above structure, light can be reflected by utilizing the reflection surface of the micro-reflection structure of the reflector plate, a light reflecting field can be modulated by changing the inclination angle of the reflection surface, the brightness value in an ideal vision field of the light guide plate can be further increased, therefore the design has flexibility and commonality, and can reduce or avoid using traditional prism sheets, thereby simplifying the device structure, increasing the optical energy usage, and reducing the cost.
