clock slave is in the positive offset or negative offset relative to the
clock master, and correspondingly determines that the follow-up correction is the negative correction or the positive correction, that is, a follow-up correction module decreases a preset interval adjustment step
size value from or adds a preset interval adjustment step
size value to the synchronous correction at each time of follow-up correction. The method and the device for optimizing the time synchronous correction process the time offset value and take different synchronous correction plans according to the
