brake cooling device, aiming at providing an independent modular automotive
brake cooling device with high reliability. The cooling device comprises a monitoring module, a
brake, and a heat dissipation module. The heat dissipation module comprises a water outlet
pipe of the heat dissipation module, a water inlet
pipe of the heat dissipationmodule, a radiator, a water pump, an
expansion tank, a
water level sensor, an outlet temperature sensor, an
inlet temperature sensor and a
junction box. The number of heat dissipation modules is consistent with the number of axles and is connected with the brakes on the corresponding axles; the water outlet
pipe of the heat dissipation module is connected with the cooling water inlet of the corresponding brake through the water inlet three-way pipe of the axle; the water inlet pipe of the heat dissipation module is connected with the cooling water outlet of the corresponding brake through thewater outlet three-way pipe of the axle; a water inlet pipe of the heat dissipation module is connected with a water inlet of the radiator, an overflow port of the radiator is connected with a steaminlet of the expansion water tank, and a water outlet of the radiator and a water outlet of the expansion water tank are connected with an inlet of a water pump through a three-way connection.
