Radiating and cooling device for power battery

The invention relates to a radiating and cooling device for a power battery. An aluminum hollow cold plate shell is in the form of a radiating fin; the inside of the shell is hollow; a plurality of groove spaces are formed on the aluminum shell; power batteries can be embedded into grooves; the aluminum hollow cold plate shell is filled with a phase change material; radiating fins are arranged on an aluminum hollow cold plate shell bottom plate; a snakelike copper tube is arranged at the bottom of an aluminum shell cavity, and is contacted with the phase change material; a liquid cooling working medium is introduced into the snakelike copper tube; the snakelike copper tube, a pump and an external heat exchanger are connected in series, so that an active liquid cooling system is formed; a temperature sensor is arranged on the surface of the power battery; and a temperature switch is connected in series with a pump body power supply. The flow of the cooling working medium can be adjusted according to different requirements of battery temperature control; the using amount of a metal is reduced by adding the phase change material on the premise of ensuring the battery radiating effect, so that the cost of a battery radiating device is reduced effectively; and the requirements of different power batteries are met.

An electronic apparatus, such as, personal computers of so-called a desktop type and a notebook type, as well as, a server, etc., having a cooling system being high in cooling efficiency, wherein a CPU 200 in need of cooling is installed within a hosing 100, and the liquid cooling system for cooling the CPU, comprises: a heat-receiving (cooling) jacket 50; a radiator 60; and a circulation pump 70, wherein the heat-receiving (cooling) jacket 50, for transmitting heat generated from a heat-generation element, i.e., the CPU, into a liquid coolant flowing with in an inside thereof, has a heat diffusion plate 90 attached on the lower surface thereof. This heat diffusion plate encloses an operating fluid 94, such as water, within a space, which is hermetically sealed and formed within an inside thereof, and also has heater elements 95, being provided in contact with a portion the operating fluid. To those heater elements 95 are supplied a pulse-like electric power. With this, a portion of the operating fluid repeats forming/extinguishing, to give vibration to the operating fluid, thereby diffusing the heat over the entire of the diffusion plate, as a whole, thereafter the heat is transmitted to the heat-receiving (cooling) jacket. Or, alternatively, it may be connected with a heat radiation fin 300.

Liquid cooling system of storage battery and liquid cooling method of storage battery

The invention discloses a storage battery, in particular to a liquid cooling system of a vehicle power storage battery, comprising a heat collection device (R), a radiator (5), a liquid pump (6) and a cooling liquid box (7) which are connected into a circulation loop through a cooling liquid pipe (8). The heat collection device (R) comprises a heat collection plate (2) and a heat conducting tube (3) made of heat conducting materials, wherein the heat collection plate (2) is jointed and connected on the outer surface of the storage battery (1), the two ends of the heat conducting tube (3) are respectively communicated with the cooling liquid pipe (8), and the heat conducting tube (3) is arranged on the outer surface of the heat collection plate (2). The liquid cooling system can effectively collect heat of the storage battery and adopts the cooling liquid to cool the storage battery, thereby having higher cooling efficiency, furthermore, the liquid cooling system can ensure that the storage battery can not be damaged due to the reasons of leakage of the cooling liquid and the like, therefore, the service life and the safety of the storage battery are ensured. In addition, the invention also provides a liquid cooling method of the storage battery.
