Oiless rotary scroll air compressor air inlet valve

An air inlet valve assembly for a rotary scroll compressor is disclosed. The rotary scroll compressor includes stationary and orbiting scroll elements which are intermeshed and nested to form at least one spiraling compression pocket therebetween, a drive mechanism drives the orbiting scroll element in an orbit about the stationary scroll element, and an anti-rotation bearing device maintains the orbiting scroll element substantially non-rotational with respect to the stationary scroll element. The air inlet valve assembly supplies an uncompressed gas (e.g., ambient air) to the compression apparatus and prevents backward rotation of the orbiting scroll element when power to the drive mechanism is terminated. The air inlet valve assembly includes a valve piston positioned within an air intake channel leading to the suction region of the rotary scroll compressor, the valve piston having a first position blocking the air intake channel and a second position unblocking the air intake channel. A valve stem member is connected to a valve housing, the valve housing enclosed a valve cavity wherein the valve piston is located, the valve piston coacts with a valve seat formed on the valve housing, and stop surfaces are provided on the valve piston and the valve stem to limit movement of the valve piston toward the suction region of the rotary scroll compressor.

Monitoring method and monitoring device and monitoring system of wind turbine generator condition

The invention relates to a monitoring method of a turbine generator condition, a monitoring device of a turbine generator condition and a monitoring system of a turbine generator condition. The control method of the turbine generator condition comprises the steps of obtaining a vibration signal of the top of a wind turbine generator tower; performing vibration signal analysis which comprises time-domain analysis and frequency-domain analysis to obtain a time-domain feature value and a frequency-domain feature value reflecting a vibration condition of the top of the wind turbine generator tower; and judging conditions of the wind turbine generator tower and a substrate of the wind turbine generator according to the time-domain feature value and the frequency-domain feature value. According to the monitoring method of the turbine generator condition, the monitoring device of the turbine generator condition and the monitoring system of the turbine generator condition, the vibration signal of the top of the wind turbine generator tower and the substrate is detected and is time-domain analyzed and frequency-domain analyzed so that the time-domain feature value and the frequency-domain feature value reflecting the condition of the tower and the substrate are obtained. The time-domain feature value and the frequency-domain feature value are compared with a set value so that whether the wind turbine generator tower and the substrate are declined can be judged. The monitoring method of the turbine generator condition, the monitoring device of the turbine generator condition and the monitoring system of the turbine generator condition have the advantages of real-time monitoring the conditions of the tower and the substrate, ensuring normal operation of the wind turbine generator and prolonging service life of the wind turbine generator.

Self loading utility knife

A self-loading utility knife including an elongate handle having an internal chamber defining an axis and at one end is flat aperture for the passage of an active blade. The flat aperture defines a cutting plane extending through said handle along the axis. A blade-holder is slidably mounted in the chamber for movements in directions along the axis and is adapted to secure a single active blade for movement through the aperture when the blade holder is in the extended position. A blade-holder release button is coupled to the blade holder and is slidingly movable relative to the handle to move blade holder between retracted and extended positions. The handle has a blade compartment which is open to the chamber and can receive a stack of spare blades when a cover to the compartment is opened and blades can be shifted transversely relative to the axis into the chamber. The blade holder is provided with a recess having a depth no greater than the thickness of one blade to allow at least a portion of a single blade to be received in a retaining relationship within the recess to cause an end-most blade in the stack to be received within said recess to follow the movements of the blade holder. A spring biases the blades in the blade compartment inwardly in the direction of the blade holder. A blade releasing disc on the blade holder selectively locks a blade to the blade holder when the blade holder is in the extended position. The blade holder only receives a single blade within the recess. A belt clip s provided on the compartment cover.

The invention provides a method for realizing an MMC redundancy protection strategy based on carrier phase shift modulation, which comprises the following steps: firstly, the state of a sub-module is divided into the normal operation state and redundant standby state according to bypass switch state of the MMC sub-module; then the start-up mode of precharging the redundant sub-module is adopted, and a corresponding carrier dynamic allocator is designed to solve the problem that when a sub-module in the state of normal operation fails, carrier assignment problem exists during the operation of a redundant standby sub-module; finally in full consideration of the influence on capacitance pressure balancing and circulation inhibition strategies when the redundant standby sub-module is put into operation, a trigger with the redundancy protection function is designed; the designed redundancy protection strategy can improve the reliability of operation of the system, ensures that the current converter can continuously perform normal operation when the sub-module fails, the purpose that the failure sub-module is replaced with the redundant sub-module can be realized quickly at the same time, and obvious perturbation of the system can not be caused.

Method for controlling outdoor fan of air conditioner according to environmental wind direction

The invention discloses a method for controlling an outdoor fan of an air conditioner according to the environmental wind direction. The method includes detecting the environmental wind direction first; setting the rotation of the outdoor fan to be forward so that wind is discharged from an air outlet when the environmental wind blows from an air inlet to the air outlet of the outdoor fan; and setting the rotation of the outdoor fan to be reverse so that wind is discharged from the air inlet when the environmental wind blows from the air outlet to the air inlet of the outdoor fan. According to the method, the operation status of the outdoor fan is adjusted according to the environmental wind direction, and therefore a system can utilize natural resources fully to achieve efficient operation of the air conditioner. When the environmental wind direction is opposite to the air outlet direction of the existing air conditioner, the air volume can be prevented from reducing or even be improved and complete heat exchange of a heat exchanger can be guaranteed through shutdown or reverse rotation control of the outdoor fan; and when the environmental wind direction is the same with the air outlet direction of the existing air conditioner, the outdoor fan is controlled to be shut down or the rotation speed is reduced, therefore the overall operation power of the air conditioner is reduced and efficient and energy-saving functions are performed when the heat exchange is guaranteed.
