The application discloses a compact and easy-to-control
shallow sea buoy hydraulic
system and a working method thereof. The
system comprises a telescopic rod, a
piston, an inner
oil tank, a first one-way valve, a second one-way valve, a
gear pump motor set, a normally closed two-position two-way
reversing valve and an outer oil bag. The
piston is arranged in the inner
oil tank and connected with the telescopic end of the telescopic rod, and is driven by the telescopic rod to make
linear motion in the inner
oil tank. The inner oil tank is provided with two oil ports, one of which is connected to the outer oil bag through the first one-way valve, and the other is connected to the oil outlet of the
gear pump motor set through the second one-way valve. The oil inlet of the
gear pump motor set is connected with one port of the normally closed two-position two-way electromagnetic
reversing valve, and the other port of the normally closed two-position two-way electromagnetic
reversing valve is connected with the outer oil bag. The
system structure is compact, only one electromagnetic reversing valve and two one-way valves are used in the use of the valve, and the number of elements and the system volume are significantly reduced.
