This invention relates to the field of bird's
nest soaking and detection devices, and particularly to a liquid level and endpoint monitoring device for automated bird's
nest soaking, designed to address the problem of poor performance of existing devices. The device includes a tank, a water replenishment mechanism, and a
discharge mechanism. The water replenishment mechanism includes a water replenishment
pipe connected to the tank. When the liquid level in the tank drops, a swing arm swings, causing a
cam to rotate and push an insert rod upwards, connecting the water inlet to the water replenishment
pipe. The
discharge mechanism includes a soaking basket, a cover plate installed on the top of the tank, a drain
pipe at the bottom, and a waste
liquid tank vertically slidably mounted at the bottom of the drain pipe. After the bird's
nest in the soaking basket has soaked, the drain pipe drains water into the waste
liquid tank. The waste
liquid tank moves downwards and pulls the cover plate upwards via a second pull
rope. The cover plate pulls the soaking basket out of the tank via a first pull
rope. This device can automatically replenish water and automatically
discharge. The floating of the first float monitors the liquid level, and the automatic drainage of the drain pipe monitors the soaking endpoint.
