The invention relates to the field of
purified water production devices, in particular to a
purified water production device and a production method. The
purified water production device and the production method aim to solve the problems that in the prior art, the purified
water production device is high in cost, short in service life of a
filter material, instable in
produced water quality and low in
produced water purity. Along a
product processing sequence, the purified
water production device sequentially comprises a
raw material water buffering device, a pretreating and filtering device,a multi-stage
reverse osmosis type EDI purified water device and a terminal water device, wherein the multi-stage
reverse osmosis device comprises a first-stage
reverse osmosis part, a first-stage water producing tank, a second-stage reverse
osmosis part, a second-stage water producing tank, an EDI purified water part, and a water producing loop sequentially connected with the reverse
osmosis part, the first-stage water producing tank, the second-stage reverse
osmosis part, the second-stage water producing tank and the EDI purified water so as to be flown out. The purified
water production device also comprises a control device for controlling on and off of a passageway between the multi-stage reverse osmosis device and the terminal water device. The purified water production device and the production method have the advantages that the
recovery rate of the whole water producing device is higher, the water
resource saving and utilizing rate is higher, and the production cost is lower;meanwhile, the
produced water quality is more stable, and the purity is higher; the whole filtering
system is better in
ecological stability, and a filtering material of the filtering
system is longer in service life and more energy-saving.
