Accurate quantitative analysis on false honey has important significance on quality evaluation of the false honey. Therefore, the invention discloses a novel detection method based on three-dimensional fluorescence characteristics of honey and corn syrup. When the honey and the syrup are diluted to 1% (v:v), no fluorescence quenching effect is found in two observation wavelength ranges of an excitation wavelength ex 240 to 320nm and an excitation wavelength x 320 to 360nm, and fluorescence intensity and concentration are in linear relation. Under the situation, a spectral additive principle isutilized to estimate the purity of the false honey; namely, when a volume ratio concentration of the honey and the syrup is 1%, a spectrum of the false honey is compared with a spectrum of the honeyand the syrup. The method can be used to detect robinia honey in which f42 corn syrup and f90 corn syrup are doped, and a prediction error is 5.85; results show that the method can accurately estimatea content of the corn syrup in the robinia honey, honey quality in honey market is further improved, and a theory basis is provided for researching accurate and convenient detection equipment later.
