An automatic sand acacia seed vibration picker

The application relates to the field of seed picking, in particular to an automatic sand-growing sophora seed vibration picker. The automatic sand-growing sophora seed vibration picker is characterized in that fixed jaw arms and movable jaw arms jointly form a clamping forceps structure which can be opened and closed, so that the inner layer of branches can be clamped after passing through dense branches; a vibration motor is used to replace manual shaking of the branches at a stable vibration frequency and amplitude; a collecting hopper and a mesh bag are arranged below the vibration motor to collect the seeds shaken and picked; the collecting hopper and the mesh bag are arranged in a foldable structure and can pass through the dense branches together with the fixed jaw arms and the movable jaw arms; in addition, a large amount of branches, leaves and other foreign matters falling along with the seeds can be intercepted by a hollow cover; the foreign matters such as branches and leaves can be quickly poured out and cleaned after the collecting hopper is turned over; the operation is simple, the picking is efficient, and the technical problems that the force is difficult to control and the inner layer of branches is difficult to reach during manual picking are solved.

Acacia nilotica based hydrogel and method of making the same

An Acacia nilotica based hydrogel may include chitosan in a 1% lactic acid solution, glycerol in distilled water, and Acacia nilotica. The Acacia nilotica may be an active ingredient. A method of treating wounds may include using the Acacia nilotica-based hydrogel. The Acacia nilotica-based hydrogel may be made by dissolving chitosan in a lactic acid solution to obtain a mixture, adding glycerol in distilled water to the mixture to obtain a second mixture, stirring the second mixture continuously to obtain a homogeneous hydrogel, and adding Acacia nilotica powder to the homogeneous hydrogel to obtain a wound healing hydrogel.

Identification method of Acacia mangium tree species from Acacia wood by using a single nucleotide polymorphism marker

ActiveKR102991889B1BiotechnologyMicrobiology
The present invention discloses a method for analyzing the identification of tree species of imported acacia wood using a single nucleotide polymorphism marker, comprising: a single nucleotide polymorphism marker composition for identifying the Acacia mangium species from DNA isolated from acacia wood, a major hardwood imported into Korea; a kit for identifying Acacia mangium from DNA isolated from wood containing the composition; and a method for identifying Acacia mangium from wood using the composition. By using the single nucleotide polymorphism marker composition, kit, and method according to the present invention, the species *Acacia mangium* can be identified from wood. Therefore, by identifying *Acacia mangium*, a species of Vietnamese acacia wood mainly imported into Korea which is difficult to identify accurately anatomically, it is possible to identify the risk of illegal logging, such as inadequate management in hardwood exporting countries, thereby establishing a foundation for preventing damage to the domestic industry.
