ActiveCN116685181BFilm baseSlurry
This invention discloses a method for preparing a uniform and dense organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite thick film based on the principle of homogeneous bridging. The steps are as follows: glacial acetic acid is added to an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite precursor solution as a nucleation promoter; chloroform is added as an antisolvent to precipitate perovskite microcrystals; after centrifugation, washing, and drying, the resulting microcrystal powder is mixed with a small amount of γ-butyrolactone to prepare a supersaturated slurry; the slurry is uniformly coated onto an ITO substrate and annealed in a vacuum drying oven until the solvent is completely evaporated, obtaining the organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite thick film. This invention obtains large-particle-size perovskite microcrystal powder by adding glacial acetic acid and prepares it into a supersaturated slurry for thick film coating. Based on the principle of homogeneous bridging, the new grains grown in the saturated solution during annealing fill the pores created by solvent evaporation and connect the original grains, thereby forming a uniform and dense perovskite thick film for X-ray detection.
