The device for producing cyclohexane by benzene hydrogenation comprises a reactor, a superfine bubble generator and a bubble breaker, wherein the reactor is provided with a first containing cavity; the wall of the first containing cavity is provided with a feed port, a circulation discharge port, a circulation return port and a gas phase outlet; the superfine bubble generator is provided with a second containing cavity; the wall of the second containing cavity is provided with a return port and a gas phase outlet; the return port of the superfine bubble generator communicates with the circulation return port of the reactor; the bubble breaker is arranged in the second containing cavity; the bubble breaker is provided with a gas phase inlet and a liquid phase inlet which communicates with the circulation discharge port of the reactor; and the gas phase inlet of the bubble breaker communicates with the gas phase outlet of the reactor. The device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of high mass transfer efficiency, high reaction rate, short reaction time, low material consumption and energy consumption, simple structure, low manufacturing cost and low maintenance cost.

Described as one aspect of the invention are polyester compositions A polyester composition comprising at least one polyester which comprises:
    • (A) a dicarboxylic acid component comprising:
      • i) 70 to 100 mole % of cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid residues or an ester thereof comprising:
        • (a) 80 to 99 mole % trans-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid residues or an ester thereof; and
        • (b) 1 to 20 mole % cis-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid residues or an ester thereof;
      • ii) 0 to 30 mole % of aliphatic dicarboxylic acid residues, other than cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid residues, having up to 16 carbon atoms or esters thereof, other than cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid residues; and
      • iii) 0 to 10 mole % of aromatic dicarboxylic acid residues having up to 20 carbon atoms; and
    • (B) a glycol component comprising:
      • i) 5 to 35 mole % of 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutanediol residues; and
      • ii) 65 to 95 mole % of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol residues, 1,3-cyclohexanedimethanol residues, 1,2-cyclohexanedimethanol residues or esters thereof or mixtures thereof,
wherein the total mole % of said dicarboxylic acid component is equal to 100 mole %;
the total mole % of said glycol component is equal to 100 mole %;
wherein the inherent viscosity of said polyester is from 0.35 to 1.2 dL/g as determined in 60/40 (wt/wt) phenol/tetrachloroethane at a concentration of 0.5 g/100 ml at 25° C.; and wherein said polyester has a Tg of from 66 to 120° C. The polyesters may be manufactured into articles.

Process and equipment for preparing adipic acid by catalyzing air and oxidizing cyclohexane

The invention discloses a process and a plant for preparing adipic acid by catalytically aerobically oxidizing cyclohexane. The process comprises the following steps: dissolving 1 to 50 PPM of a catalyst including single metalloporphyrin or mu-oxo bimetallic porphyrin or a mixture of single metalloporphyrin, mu-oxo bimetallic porphyrin and transition metal salt or oxide in cyclohexane; introducing 5 to 12 atm of air or oxygen-rich or oxygen-poor air into a multi-stage oxidation reactor with a gas distributor; controlling the reaction temperature at 140 to 160 DEG C; oxidizing cyclohexane for 45 to 120 min; feeding the mixture of the oxidation reaction into a flash separator to carry out flash evaporation at the temperature of 78 to 155 DEG C and under the pressure of 0.1 to 1.0 atm, so that the low-boiling-point products such as cyclohexane, cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone change to gas and are separated from adipic acid with the content above 80%; continuously circularly oxidizing the low-boiling-point products to separate and purify the high-boiling-point oxidation product; and purifying and separating by the existing technique to obtain fine adipic acid product. The process can directly prepare adipic acid by aerobically oxidizing cyclohexane, wherein the conversion rate of cyclohexane is up to 95%, and the yield of adipic acid is up to 70%.

The invention is to provide liquid crystalline compounds having a negative and extremely large dielectric anisotropy value and a small optical anisotropy value at the same time; liquid crystal compositions comprising the compound; and liquid crystal display devices fabricated by using the liquid crystal composition; the liquid crystalline compounds have 2,3-dihalogenophenylene moiety and are expressed by formula (1)wherein Ra and Rb each independently represents a linear or branched alkyl having 1 to 10 carbon, any methylene in the alkyl may be replaced by -O-, -S-, -CH=CH-, or -C=C-, but -O- is not successive, and any hydrogen in the alkyl may be replaced by halogen; rings A1 to A4 each independently represents trans-1,4-cyclohexylene, cyclohexene-1,4-diyl, pyridine-1,4-diyl, pyrimidine-2,5-diyl, or 1,4-phenylene, wherein at least one hydrogen in these rings may be replaced by halogen, and any nonadjacent methylene in cyclohexane ring may be replaced by -O-; Y1 and Y2 each independently represents F or Cl; Z1, Z2 and Z3 each independently represents a single bond, -CH2CH2-, -(CH2)4-, -COO-, -OCO-, -CH2O-, -OCH2-, -CF2O-, or -OCF2-; and l, m and n each independently is 0, 1 or 2, and the sum of l+m+n is 3 and less.

Preparation method of positive material for lithium-sulfur battery

The invention discloses a preparation method of a positive material for a lithium-sulfur battery. The preparation method comprises the steps of: (1) mixing elemental sulfur and an organic solvent uniformly so that the elemental sulfur is completely dissolved to obtain a sulfur-organic solution, wherein the organic solvent is selected from more than one of carbon disulfide, toluene, cyclohexane and normal octane; (2) adding a carbon material into the sulfur-organic solution, stirring uniformly, and removing the solvent to obtain a sulfur/carbon composite material, wherein the carbon material is selected from any more than one of active carbon, mesoporous carbon, carbon black, carbon nano tube and graphene or any more than one of active carbon, mesoporous carbon, carbon black, carbon nano tube and graphene which are acidified. According to the sulfur/carbon composite material, the carbon material with better electrical conductivity is coated on sulfur particles; compared with the pure elemental sulfur positive material, the first-time discharge specific capacity and the cycling performance of the sulfur/carbon composite material are effectively improved; and the preparation process is simple, the time is short, the energy consumption is low and the large-scale production is easy.
