The polyurethane resin and the method are characterized in that the double bond of acrylic ester is introduced to the side chain of the polyurethane by utilizing a chain extender mode, and an end NCO group is sealed and protected by a sealer; and the side chain of a molecular chain of the obtained product has the double bond of an acrylic ester group, wherein the double bond is capable of ultraviolet light solidifying, and the end of a molecular main chain of the product has an unsealable sealer group. The polyurethane resin has the advantages of good storage stability and high hardness after solidification, and further improves the solidifying degree and the adhesive force of a solidifying film and is applied to the coating of workpiece shadow areas, thicker coatings and three-dimensional parts which are hard to penetrate by ultraviolet light. Because the resin coating film is subjected to triple solidification of natural drying solidification, ultraviolet solidification and unsealing-hot solidification, the resin coating film has the advantages of high solidifying degree, high hardness and high adhesive force of base materials. The invention relates to a fluorescigenic pavement reflecting adhesive tape and a manufacturing method thereof. The fluorescigenic pavement reflecting adhesive tape is manufactured by adding a reflecting coating or adding various flourescent materials (such as rare earth ion-activated zinc sulfide fluorescence powder) in an amount which is 0.1 to 5 weight percent based on the total amount of the reflecting coating and a substrate into the reflecting coating or the reflecting coating and substrate of any of various conventional pavement reflecting adhesive tapes. The pavement reflecting adhesive tap is comprised of the fluorescigenic reflecting coating, the substrate and a pressure sensitive adhesive, wherein the fluorescigenic reflecting coating is coated on the front side (upper side) ofthe substrate; and the pressure sensitive adhesive is applied on the back side (down side) of the substrate. The novel pavement reflecting adhesive tape retains the various kinds of performance of the conventional pavement reflecting adhesive tapes, particularly retroreflection (namely reflection) performance. The novel pavement reflecting adhesive tape can also emit fluorescence of certain intensity. When used as pavement traffic marking lines or other marks, the novel pavement reflecting adhesive tape is more striking and can be clearly seen easily by drivers, so that the drivers can drive more safely at night.

The present invention discloses a phosphate adhesive and a preparation method thereof, which relate to an adhesive and a preparation method thereof. The present invention resolves the problem that the curing and heat-resisting capabilities of the prior phosphate adhesive are impaired under the room temperature. The phosphate adhesive of the present invention is prepared with phosphoric acid solution, aluminum hydroxide powder, aluminum oxide powder, zirconium oxide powder and zinc oxide powder or aluminum nitride powder. The preparation method includes the following steps: (1) the materials are weighed out; (2) the phosphoric acid solution is mixed with the aluminum hydroxide powder so that aluminum dihydrogen phosphate matrix resin can be made; (3) the aluminum oxide powder, the zirconium oxide powder and the zinc oxide powder or the aluminum nitride powder are mixed together so that curing agent is prepared; (4) the aluminum dihydrogen phosphate matrix resin and the curing agent are mixed together, and after being cured under the room temperature, the phosphate adhesive is prepared. The phosphate adhesive of the present invention can be cured under the room temperature and can resist a temperature up to 1580 DEG C, moreover, the water-resisting property of the phosphate adhesive of the present invention is good, and after the phosphate adhesive is soaked in tap water under the room temperature for 100 days, the reduction rate of the adhering strength of the phosphate adhesive is less than 10 percent.

The production method comprises the following steps: lowering the traditional mol ratio (F/U) of the formaldehyde to urea into 0.94-1.0 from not less than 1.0; keeping the mol ratio basically unchanged after feeding the urea for the first time and the second time in the traditional process, increasing the urea amount for the third time, and adding a compound adjuvant which accounts for 0.1%-0.3% of the weight of the urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive for producing synergistic effect; in the acidic polycondensation stage, observing until a white vaporous shape appears in water at 40-45 DEG C by a muddy point method; and adjusting the pH value of a reactant into 6.5 from a traditional value of 7.5 so that the added urea for the second time can continuously participate in reaction, then observing until a white vaporous shape appears in water at 60-65 DEG C by the muddy point method for the second time, and finally ending reaction. The production method can obviously lower formaldehyde release of an artificial board and product cost of the adhesive, and ensure product quality of the urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive and physical and mechanical properties of the artificial board.

Method for making dimensionally stable composite products from lignocelluloses

This invention relates to a process for making dimensionally stable reconstituted composite products from lignocellulosic material. By treating lignocellulose with high pressure steam to decompose and hydrolyse the hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin fractions of the lignocellulose and using those decomposition products as both a bonding and bulking agent, it converts, under heat and pressure in a moulding operation, the treated lignocellulose into moulded composite products such as panel boards and moulded articles. The composite products thus produced possess good physical and mechanical properties. Specifically, the dimensional stability in terms of the thickness swelling and linear expansion of panel boards such as fibreboards and particleboard, can be minimized to very low levels when the panel boards are made in high density. The adhesive bond developed from thermosetting of the decomposition products of hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin is strong and stable, and resistant to boiling water and acid hydrolysis, and is free of formaldehyde emissions. Thus, the reconstituted panel boards and moulded products are suitable for exterior and particularly for indoor applications. The absence of free formaldehyde emissions makes the product very suitable for interior applications. The manufacturing cost for the reconstituted products is significantly lower in comparison to the conventional process because expensive synthetic resin is not used.
