The modified bio-based polyol is selected from at least one of modified castor oil polyol, modified oil polyol, and modified cashew nut shell oil polyol. The polythiol is selected from at least one of trimethylolpropane tris(3-mercaptopropionate), pentaerythritol tetra(3-mercaptopropionate), butanediol mercaptopropionate, and polythiol. This configuration allows the thermally conductive polyurethane structural adhesive to have a longer open time and to rapidly cure at room temperature in a short time, resulting in high initial strength.
