system comprises a pretreatment kettle, the discharging end of the bottom of the pretreatment kettle is communicated with the top of the pretreatment kettle sequentially through a pretreatment kettle outer
circulating pump and a pretreatment kettle outer circulating heater, and the discharging end of the pretreatment kettle outer
circulating pump is further communicated with a reaction kettle; the bottom
discharge end of the reaction kettle is sequentially communicated with a reaction kettle
circulating pump and a reaction kettle circulating
heat exchanger, the
discharge end of the reaction kettle circulating
heat exchanger is respectively communicated with the reaction kettle and a gas-liquid mixer, and the
discharge end of the reaction kettle circulating
heat exchanger is also communicated with a reaction heat
recovery system; the discharging end of the reaction kettle circulating pump is also communicated with the feeding end of a post-treatment kettle, and the bottom of the post-treatment kettle is provided with a discharging end; the method comprises the steps of pretreatment,
alkylation reaction, aftertreatment and
tail gas washing. According to the scheme, the energy-saving and consumption-reducing effects are remarkable.
