The method includes dynamically detecting the Aspergillus montmorillonite content in cigar tobacco leaves using a reagent kit (Aspergillus montmorillonite 4.4-A, accession number CCTCC NO: M2025990); classifying the dynamically detected Aspergillus montmorillonite content using a central processing unit (CPU); establishing a cigar mold growth equation to calculate the probability of mold growth in the cigar tobacco leaves; and correlating the probability of mold growth with the classification. Under different classification standards, the CPU performs one or more combinations of system recording, alert linkage, or automatic processing to achieve early warning of mold growth in cigar tobacco leaves. This provides sufficient time for mold prevention in cigar tobacco leaves, avoiding irreversible losses due to excessively long detection times and improving the usability of the cigar tobacco leaves.
