The invention discloses a seedling-to-seedling method using tissue culture seedlings of cunninghamia lanceolata. The method has the advantages that a standard cutting orchard is built, two rows of stock plants are arranged symmetrically and are planted and cultivated by enabling trunks to obliquely incline to the center of the ridge surface to form angles of 60-75 degrees with the ground, the stock plants are layered towards the center of the ridge surface by hooking portions, 30-50cm in height, of the stock plants by steel hooks after 7-8 months of stable growth of the stock plants, and angles of 33-50 degrees are formed between the trunks of the stock plants and the ground, so that damage to the stock plants is avoided, the stock plants do not affect one another, illumination is reasonable, and management is facilitated; hormones are sprayed to the roots of the stock plants to promote germination, so that substantial high-quality coppice shoots uniform in specification can be obtained to serve as cutting slips, orderly cutting nursery stocks can be cultivated, and propagation coefficients of the nursery stocks are increased effectively; special seedling cultivation equipment is not needed, simplicity and easiness in operation are achieved, technical requirements are low, and seedling cultivation cost and time are greatly saved; seedling cultivation is performed by vegetative propagation of cuttings, so that excellent inheritable characters of excellent varieties of the cunninghamia lanceolata are kept well, and high economic, social and ecological benefits are achieved.
