diameter at breast height of single trees of the same
tree species and different genotypes based on unmanned aerial vehicle
remote sensing. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring unmanned aerial vehicle
LiDAR data and ground actually-measured
diameter at breast height data of single trees in a preset area; constructing a single tree
diameter at breast height basic model based on the unmanned aerial vehicle
LiDAR; screening a single tree diameter-at-breast-height inversion basic model, introducing a dummy variable model to optimize the basic model, and constructing a nonlinear mixed effect single tree diameter-at-breast-height
estimation model based on unmanned aerial vehicle
LiDAR data by taking different genotypes of the
tree species as random effects; and inputting the unmanned aerial vehicle LiDAR tree height data and crown breadth data of different genotypes of the
tree species in the to-be-processed region into the nonlinear mixed effect individual tree
diameter at breast height estimation model based on the unmanned aerial vehicle
LiDAR data to obtain the individual tree
diameter at breast height of the tree species. By adopting the technical scheme, the
diameter at breast height of different genotypes of the same tree species in a
large range can be conveniently, quickly and effectively estimated, and efficient breeding of improved varieties is supported.
