Film thickness tests were performed on A1, A2, and A3 to obtain the first film thickness parameters of the electrophoresis test plates in group A; color difference tests were performed on B1, B2, and B3 to obtain the first color difference variation parameters of the electrophoresis test plates in group B; based on the first film thickness parameters and the first color difference variation parameters, the first correspondence between the color difference and film thickness of the paint to be tested was calculated; based on the first correspondence, the first actual color difference parameters of the paint to be tested under the standard film thickness were calculated; and the first actual color difference parameters were compared with the range of the standard color difference parameters.
