The invention provides a
denim fabric
processing method. The
denim fabric
processing method comprises the following steps: S1, warping warp yarns; s2, adopting an electrolytic method to reduce
indigo dye for
dyeing; s3, performing low-temperature
sizing by using the
sizing agent; s4, weaving; and S5,
desizing at normal temperature or low temperature. According to the
denim fabric
processing method, in the
dyeing process, an electrochemical technology is used for replacing
sodium hydrosulfite to reduce
indigo,
electric power is used for replacing chemicals, clean production without
vulcanization is achieved,
pollution and carbon emission to the environment are avoided, and better color precision and color fastness are achieved. In the
sizing process, the surface of the warp can be better coated with the sizing agent in a non-
drying or semi-
drying state, and steam consumption and waste of the sizing agent can be reduced. In the
desizing process, no chemicals are used, the
desizing device is more environment-friendly and
pollution-free, part of water can be recycled, exchanged and utilized after being filtered,
drying is carried out under the normal temperature condition and without a drying cylinder, redundant water is removed through
extrusion or suction, steam used for direct drying is reduced, and
energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.
