The invention relates to the technical field of
water treatment, and discloses a filter integrated
backwashing system based on
reverse osmosis concentrated water reuse and
energy recovery, which is characterized in that a gas-
liquid injection device is integrated, high-pressure concentrated water discharged by
reverse osmosis is used as a unique power source,
backwashing fluid is directly output, and a
backwashing water pump and a scrubbing fan which are independently arranged in a traditional
system are replaced. The
system integration complexity is greatly reduced, the installation and debugging
workload is reduced, the coordination control problem among multiple devices can be improved, and the system is more compact in structure and more reasonable in
layout. Meanwhile, the pressure
potential energy of the
reverse osmosis concentrated water is directly converted into
kinetic energy for driving the backwashing process of the filter, a fan and a water pump which are completely driven by external
electric energy in the traditional process are replaced,
energy coupling and recycling of the system are realized, and the pressure energy which is originally wasted through energy dissipation is effectively utilized; and the
power consumption in a backwashing link is directly reduced, so that the energy utilization efficiency of the system is improved.
