The invention discloses an in-situ ultrasonic cleaning and compartment off-line
backwashing integrated filtering method and
system, and relates to the technical field of
solid-liquid separation. The method comprises the stages of
filtration, compartment off-line
backwashing, in-situ ultrasonic cleaning and
sludge treatment, wherein during
filtration, impurities in
sewage are intercepted by a
filter element, and
purified water is discharged; the
backwashing can be used for purifying water for a single unit and an intercepting
system or supplying water by an external water pump, and reversely washing and removing impurities; ultrasonic cleaning excites a
cavitation effect through a vibration plate, scales and deep impurities of the
filter element are stripped in situ, and the ultrasonic cleaning and backwashing are carried out in a peak shifting manner; and the
sludge is pumped and discharged to the
solid-liquid separation device regularly. The
system comprises a backwashing pipeline, a
purified water outlet system, a filter unit
assembly, an ultrasonic cleaning device and an
electric control device. According to the invention, single-chamber off-line backwashing can be realized without additional complex equipment, non-stop
continuous operation of the system is realized, a high-efficiency environment-friendly method is adopted for descaling, the adaptive scene is wide, the
automation degree of the system is high, and long-term stable operation of attended operation and unmanned operation can be realized.
