aeration system and is added with bio-energizer, and after vortex-vortex air flotation, organic matters and heavy
metal in the water are removed and the water is dephosphorized and denitrogenated; the water passes by a secondary
sedimentation tank, a filter tank, an intermediate transit
pool, a
biological filter, a middle-
high pressure dissolved air floatation and a biological carbon
tower and is filtered, and feculence and
colloid are removed;
disinfectant is added into the water before the water is filtered so as to control the propagation and the
pollution and block of microorganisms; scruff and mud are condensed by dehydrating agent and are dried and recycled; the water is desalted by a
reverse osmosis apparatus and is added with special agents for antisludging, sterilizing and cleaning; antisludging agent, inhibitor and sterilizing agent are added by an intelligent
monitoring system, the weight concentration of water reach 5.0 to 6.0, and all the water can be recycled. The invention has skilled process and strong
operability, treats 800,000 tons of sewage, saves 600,000 tons of
fresh water and increases the benefits by RMB760,000 yuan.
