loop control, and key indexes are checked to locate anomalies; evaluating and updating
energy consumption equipment, and detecting and transforming a structure, a pipeline and an
aeration system; technological parameters are optimized in combination with material /
energy balance,
simulation analysis and small-scale tests; a four-stage
intelligent control system is built to realize closed-loop regulation and control; after application, the
energy consumption and the chemical consumption are obviously reduced, and the
sewage treatment cost is effectively reduced; meanwhile, it is guaranteed that the
effluent quality stably reaches the standard, extra treatment cost and
environmental protection risks caused by the fact that the
water quality does not reach the standard are avoided, the operation economical efficiency and
environmental protection benefits of a
sewage treatment plant are comprehensively improved, and
sustainable development of the industry is promoted.
