The invention discloses an electric vehicle driving and charging integrated control method and an electric vehicle operated with the same. A driving function and a charging function are achieved through a topology system structure of the same hardware. The electric vehicle comprises a high-voltage battery, an inverter and a motor. When the electric vehicle is in a driven state, a high-voltage direct current output by the high-voltage battery is converted into a three-phase alternating current through the inverter through forward operation control of the inverter, the three-phase alternating current is output to the motor, and the motor is driven to run. When the electric vehicle is in a charged state, an external three-phase alternating current is input into the motor, then input into the inverter through a coil winding of the motor, and converted into a direct current to charge the high-voltage battery through reverse operation control of the inverter. The high-voltage battery is charged by means of the coil winding, serving as charging inductance, of the motor and by means of reverse operation of a motor driving system which is the inverter. In the charged state, the coil winding of the motor serves as the charging inductance, the inverter becomes a charger, the structure is simpler, control is easy and convenient, the size is compact, cost is low, the charging capability at full-power driving is achieved, charging speed is high, and efficiency is high.
