system without an additional binder is constructed by sequentially implementing four steps of processes of carbon fiber directional activation,
skin-core monofilament in-situ
grafting, dual-network synchronous lapping and node in-situ thermal consolidation, and molecular-level
synergistic combination of
carbon fibers and
polyester components is realized. The
interface bonding strength and
structural integrity of the composite felt can be remarkably improved, and meanwhile, the mechanical bearing stability of the composite felt is improved, so that the problems that in the prior art,
carbon fibers and a
polyester matrix are poor in interface compatibility, layering and falling are prone to occurring, and the service life is short can be solved. And the problems that the
mechanical property of the composite felt is reduced, the preparation process is complicated and the
environmental protection property is insufficient due to the need of adding an external binder are solved.
