The invention discloses a device for testing slump of a concrete mixture. The device comprises a lower electrical push rod mechanism, a middle electrical push rod mechanism, an upper electrical push rod mechanism, a slump cylinder and a spiral movement mechanism, wherein the lower electrical push rod mechanism comprises a lower base, the lower base is arranged on ground, and a lower electrical push rod is arranged on the lower base; the middle electrical push rod mechanism comprises a middle base, and a middle electrical push rod is arranged on the middle base; an extending rod of the middle electrical push rod is upwards connected with an upper base, and the slump cylinder is connected with the upper base; the upper electrical push rod is positioned just above the slump cylinder, and an extending rod of the upper electrical push rod is vertically and downwards connected with the spiral movement mechanism; the spiral movement mechanism is connected with a vertical vibration bar. Slump cone and method for testing working performance of self-compacting concrete

A slump cone comprises a slump cone body and a reinforcing steel bar grid. The slump cone body is a big-end-down tower-shaped cylinder 1.5 mm thick. Handles are arranged on the two sides of the outer wall of the cylinder. The reinforcing steel bar grid is fixed to the bottom of the slump cone body. Reinforcing steel bars are ribbed reinforcing steel bars or plain round bars with diameter of 12 mm and clear spacing of 41 mm or 59 mm. A method for testing the working performance of self-compacting concrete through the slump cone includes the steps of adding a stirred self-compacting concrete mixture into the slump cone body, rapidly and vertically lifting the slump cone body to the position about 300 mm high, observing the state of concrete after the concrete passes through the reinforcing steel bar grid, evaluating the mobility through the expansion degree SF, evaluating the gap passing performance through completely-out-of-cylinder time TF and ovality delta, and evaluating the segregation resistance through the visual stability index method VSI. The slump cone is simple in structure and convenient and rapid to use; through a single test, the mobility, gap passing performance and segregation resistance of the self-compacting concrete can be tested at the same time.
