Improper position and direction of the inlets for cement, fly ash, and other powders can cause the powder to be directly fed onto the mixing shaft, further exacerbating adhesion and leading to shaft seizure. Therefore, offsetting the position of the mixing shaft from the powder inlet reduces the occurrence of direct powder adhesion and shaft seizure. The mixer is equipped with an anti-shaft seizure component to prevent large clumps from forming on the surface of the mixing shaft.
