Porous cement road surface made from polymer modified cement and a construction method thereof

A porous concrete road surface structure made from polymer modified cement and a construction method thereof are disclosed. The structure successively comprises a bottom layer, a bonding layer, a porous concrete layer and a surface treatment layer. The bonding layer is located on the bottom layer, and the porous concrete layer on the bonding layer is prepared through paving, leveling and jolting a composition mixed from broken stone, sand and a slurry mixture of polymer modified cement. The addition of polymer promotes bonding of granular materials with the slurry mixture tightly, the use of the bonding layer makes the road surface structure and the bottom layer form an integral body, and the road surface structure has high strength, good crack resistance, water resistance, ageing resistance and corrosion resistance; the use of an intermittent or single graded of particles results in large pores, makes the road surface water-penetrating, decreases noise and amount of the polymer; and, the surface treatment can improve markedly surface properties and its use according to the application can make the porous concrete layer has rigid or flexible characteristic. The porous concrete road surface can be paved, leveled and jolted by paving machine or manual labor.

High-ductility polymer-rubber powder-honey-combed cement concrete road covering material and construction process thereof

Disclosed is a cover material of polymer modification rubber powder porous concrete with high toughness and a making technique thereof. Wherein, in per cubic meter of the concrete, the polymer is 20 to 75 kg, the cement is 200 to 400 kg, and the water to cement ratio is between 0.25 to 0.40 ; in aggregates, the amount of a fine aggregate is less than or equal to 20 percent, and the amount of a coarse aggregate is more than or equal to 80 percent; 0 to 5 kg of plasticizer and/ or defoamer are/is added; rubber powder, whose volume fraction is not more than 50 percent, is used to replace the natural aggregate ; or the cement is replaced by mineral admixtures which are not more than 40 percent. The cover material is made by a small machine, a three-roller and an asphalt paver. The main technical parameters of the cover material are as follows: compressive strength is more than or equal to 15 MPa, flexural strength is more than or equal to 5 MPa, anti-skid structure depth is more than or equal to 2.0 mm, porosity is 18 to 22 percent, permeability coefficient is more than or equal to 1.5 mm/s, sound absorption coefficient is more than or equal to 0.30, and noise reduction effect is more than or equal to 5 dB. The cover material can comprehensively utilize the discarded rubber with the advantages of high toughness, sliding resistance and sound absorption and noise reduction. Thus, the cover material is applicable to the covers of the highway, the municipal road and the flat.

The invention relates to a low odor, anti-static electricity, red phosphorus flame retardant thermoplastic composition and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of polymer modification and processing, which includes the following raw materials: by weight, 40-60% of a nylon resin; 5-10% of a microcapsule red phosphor masterbatch; 3%-8%of a compatibilizer; 5-40% of padding; 1-5% of modified activated zeolite powder; 0.5-2% of nanometer magnesium oxide; and 0-5%of other auxiliaries. The modified activated zeolite powder is activated by a natural zeolite powder, and then modified by a cationic surface active agent. According to the low odor, anti-static electricity, red phosphorus flame retardant thermoplastic composition and the preparation method thereof, the low odor, anti-static electricity, and high stability red phosphorus flame retardant thermoplastic composition is prepared by adding the modified activated zeolite powder on the basic formula of the red phosphorus flame retardant thermoplastic composition and simultaneously has a certain antibacterial effect; the thermoplastic composition is capable of being prepared into various sample pieces through extrusion molding, and suitable for coal mine underground equipments, textile equipments and medical health instruments.

Method for preparing nitrogen-doped carbonaceous material by modifying polymer

The invention discloses a method for preparing a nitrogen-doped carbonaceous material by modifying polymer, which can be used for preparing the nitrogen-doped carbonaceous material with the nitrogen doping amount of 5 to 26 at%. The method disclosed by the invention is characterized by comprising the following steps of: selecting a nitrogen-containing organic compound as a nitrogen precursor and utilizing the nitrogen-containing organic compound to perform polymerization reaction on a carbonaceous material to form a compound of the nitrogen-containing polymer and carbonaceous material; and then carrying out heat treatment on the polymer/carbonaceous material compound in the inert atmosphere to carbonize nitrogen-containing polymer in the compound so as to implement the nitrogen doping on the carbonaceous material and prepare the nitrogen-doped carbonaceous material. According to the invention, when the carbonaceous material is subjected to effective nitrogen doping, the original intrinsic structure of the carbonaceous material can be ensured; moreover, the nitrogen-doped carbonaceous material with the nitrogen content of 5 to 26 at% can be prepared; the specific capacity of using a carbon material as an electrode material of a supercapacitor is obviously improved; and the method has the characteristics of simple technical process and wide applicability.
