The invention provides a method for preparing columnar model ice with controllable
porosity and
pore diameter, which comprises the following steps: providing an ice making mold which comprises a side plate and a bottom plate which define a containing cavity, arranging and fixing at least one gas injection
pipe on the bottom plate, and arranging a plurality of gas injection holes facing the containing cavity on the gas injection
pipe, the air inlet end of the air injection
pipe communicates with the
air pump through the adjusting valve. The end, away from the air inlet end, of the air injection pipe is closed. Water is injected into the containing cavity, the ice making mold, the
air pump, the adjusting valve and the air injection pipe are placed in a low-temperature environment to be cooled, and an initial freezing ice cover is formed on the upper surface of the
water body and continues to be frozen downwards; after the initial frozen ice cover is formed, starting an
air pump, and controlling the pressure of an air injection inlet and the air injection amount through a regulating valve, so that air enters the
water body towards the accommodating cavity through an air injection hole; continuously injecting gas in the continuous freezing process of the
water body, and adjusting the pressure of a gas injection inlet and the gas injection amount according to the freezing process until the model ice reaches the preset thickness; and demolding the model ice to obtain a model ice sample with columnar pores.
