This invention relates to an intelligent
rehabilitation device and method based on
machine vision and thermotherapy technology, belonging to the field of
rehabilitation medicine and
medical equipment technology. It includes: a multi-angle
machine vision monitoring module; an intelligent positioning and
temperature control module for the thermotherapy head, including a displacement adjustment mechanism, a thermotherapy head, and a
temperature control system; an auxiliary flexion-extension mechanism and linkage control module, including a knee assistive support, a strap, and a drive
assembly; and a real-time feedback and remote monitoring module. The multi-angle
machine vision monitoring module, the intelligent positioning and
temperature control module for the thermotherapy head, and the auxiliary flexion-extension mechanism and linkage control module achieve data fusion and closed-loop linkage control through a main control
chip. This invention facilitates real-time and accurate monitoring of
rehabilitation movements, intelligent positioning and dynamic temperature control of the thermotherapy head, quantitative evaluation of rehabilitation effects, and closed-
loop optimization of training parameters, thereby improving the accuracy, safety, and
patient compliance of
lower limb joint rehabilitation treatment.
