In the preparation method, the electrochemical intercalation and the electrolytic exfoliation reaction on the graphite are performed in sequence, the prepared graphene material has a high few-layer (carbon layer number is less than or equal to 5) rate, and the types and contents of oxygen-containing functional groups can be controlled.

A capacitive pressure sensitive component includes a relatively rigid ceramic substrate and a relatively flexible ceramic diaphragm which are sealingly joined together and enclose a mounting cavity; the edges of the opposite inner surfaces of the ceramic substrate and the ceramic diaphragm are respectively provided with a first metal layer and a second metal layer, the second metal layer is welded with the second metal layer; the center of the opposite inner surfaces of the ceramic substrate and the ceramic diaphragm is respectively provided with a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate, and a gap is left between the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate. The capacitive pressure sensitive component can have a very small electrode plate spacing; and due to the plasticity in the thickness direction of the metal layer, the electrode plate can have a higher parallelism; in addition, by setting the second reference electrode on the outer surface of the ceramic substrate, not only the connection with the measurement circuit is facilitated, but also the support area of the periphery is fully utilized, the electrode plate can have a larger area, and the measurement accuracy is further improved.
