solid-waste
system, carrying out optimization pretreatment on the raw materials, mixing 65-78 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 20-28 parts of recycled fine aggregate, 12-18 parts of stone
powder, 12-19 parts of steel
slag, 7-14 parts of
fly ash, 4-7 parts of desulfurized
gypsum and 2.5-4.5 parts of an exciting agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture; and finally, carrying out natural curing in a standard curing box to obtain the road base material. 100% solid waste utilization is achieved, the 28d unconfined
compressive strength of the material is larger than or equal to 5.2 MPa, carbon emission is reduced by 60% or above, large-scale equipment is not needed, the material is suitable for road bases in multi-climate areas, and
environmental protection and
engineering performance are both considered.
