brake blocks, the lifting blocks are provided with row teeth, the driving gears are meshed with the row teeth, the
ratchet wheels are installed at the end of the rotating shaft, the
brake blocks are rotationally connected with the corresponding limiting blocks, and the
ratchet wheels are provided with two sets of one-way ratchets. The one-way locking directions of the two sets of ratchets are opposite, the brake block is provided with two sets of limiting teeth, and the two sets of limiting teeth are used for being meshed with the two sets of ratchets for self-locking so as to limit forward rotation or reverse rotation of the ratchet wheel.
