The method comprises the following steps: putting a to-be-tested sample into a nuclear magnetic tube and conveying the nuclear magnetic tube loaded with the to-be-tested sample into a detection chamber of a magnetic resonance spectrometer; invoking a conventional one-dimensional hydrogen spectrum pulse sequence to acquire a one-dimensional hydrogen spectrum, obtaining signal peak distribution and spectrum width information, and measuring the non-selective 90-degree radio frequency pulse width; inputting a compiled two-dimensional phase-sensitive J spectrum pulse sequence into the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, opening a chiro pulse weak selection layer gradient combination module and a two-dimensional phase-sensitive J spectrum pulse sequence sampling module of the two-dimensional phase-sensitive J spectrum pulse sequence; setting two-dimensional phase-sensitive J spectrum pulse sequence experiment parameters, inspecting that the experiment parameters are set correctly, and then executing data sampling; after the completion of data sampling, performing corresponding data splicing and two-dimensional Fourier transform to obtain a two-dimensional frequency spectrum containing J coupling information and chemical displacement information; performing two-dimensional phase-sensitive treatment on the obtained two-dimensional frequency spectrum to obtain the two-dimensional phase-sensitive J spectrum.

The invention discloses a micro electromagnetic valve which comprises an electromagnetic coil, a movable iron core, a valve body and a plunger tube, wherein the electromagnetic coil comprises a magnetizer, a flux sleeve, a magnetic shield and a coil; the upper end of the movable iron core is sleeved with a spring, the lower end of the movable iron core is sleeved with a diaphragm, the cost of parts is reduced by removing a fixing iron core. When the movable iron core is absorbed, the top end of the movable iron core does not contact with the inner bottom of the plunger tube; the noise is removed; and the production cost is reduced. A sealing chamber is formed by the plunger tube and the valve body; the plunger tube and the valve are sealed by a sealing ring; the valve body is connected with the plunger tube in a riveting way, so that complexes of the threaded connection are reduced. Copper foam and scrap iron generated by threaded connection are avoided. The electromagnetic valve coil is connected with the plunger tube by a snap spring; the valve body and the electromagnetic valve coil are tightly resisted, so that the angle of the electromagnetic coil can be freely adjusted as required without shaking the adjusted angle, therefore, greater space can be selected on connection; and the micro electromagnetic valve is more flexible to use.

The method comprises the following steps: (1) immersing a meat sample to be detected in a solvent, and extracting; (2) separating the solvent from the meat sample to be detected to form an upper water layer and a lower chloroform layer, adding anhydrous sodium sulfate into the lower chloroform layer, shaking until the solution is clear, and absorbing residual water of the upper water layer by the anhydrous sodium sulfate; (3) transferring the dried chloroform layer to a nuclear magnetic tube for detection; (4) acquiring carbon NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) data of the sample by a high-field NMR spectrometer, and exporting a nuclear magnetic spectrum diagram; (5) performing operations of the steps (1)-(4) on different types of animal meat, and establishing a carbon NMR fingerprint database of the different animal meat; and (6) determining the type of animal meat according to the data comparison of a characteristic fingerprint peak in a range of 172.0ppm-174.0ppm and a known animal carbon NMR fingerprint data through chemical shift. The method is simple and quick in operation and accurate in measurement, the pretreatment of the sample is simple, the result can be obtained by data fingerprint analysis, and data acquisition can be completed in any high-field NMR spectrometer.
