Rotary annular crossflow filter, degasser, and sludge thickener

ActiveUS20090159523A1Accelerate scrubbing reactionAvoid emissionsLiquid degasificationSludge treatmentHigh energySludge
A rotating annular crossflow filter shears radially outward flowing axial feed between counter-rotating coaxial centrifugal impellers. A radial impedance of flow at the impeller periphery slows the radially outward flow and increases residence time of feed between the impellers. Shear lift ejects solids from the boundary layer at the filter surface, and ejected solids collect by centrifugation at the impeller periphery, where they thicken into a sludge and are extruded. Gases, oils, floating solids, and fractions having a specific gravity less than water evolve into radial vortices and are sucked radially inward and out from between the impellers by an axial pump. Three way phase separation proceeds continuously in one pass through a simple mechanical device having a long residence time for feed in the processing zone.
Opposing rugose portions of counter-rotating impeller surfaces cause audio frequency pressure pulses. At the impeller periphery, the pressure pulses milk liquid out of sludge. At the portion of the radial passage prior to the filter, pressure pulses evolve gases and degassed cavitation bubbles inactivate microbes. Degassing of the high energy forced periodic cavitation bubbles between the impellers removes the cushion of noncondensibles which would otherwise absorb energy on compression, therefore implosion becomes extremely violent and a barrage of high pressure pulses and ultraviolet light pulses inactivates microbes.
Applications include field water purification, municipal and industrial wastewater degassing and sludge thickening, swimming pool filtration, effluent dewatering, wine and beverage degassing and clarification, fruit crushing, olive oil dewatering, produced brine and drilling mud processing, manure slurry dewatering and degassing, and recovery of solvents and fine suspended solids from fluid mixtures such as wastewater from machining operations.

Method for extracting high-purity squalene by taking olive oil as raw material

The invention relates to a method for extracting high-purity squalene by taking olive oil as a raw material. A technological route formed by adopting a secondary molecular distillation and silica gel column chromatography is as follows: an olive oil unsaponifiable substance is taken, squalene is separated and purified by using two stages of molecular distillation, primary molecular distillation is carried out under the conditions of the evaporation surface temperature of 100 to 200 DEG C, the systemic pressure of 0.001 to 0.01mbar and the scraping film rotor speed of 150 to 300rpm, and secondary molecular distillation is carried out to the obtained distillate; the secondary molecular distillation is carried out under the conditions of the evaporation surface temperature of 150 to 300 DEG C, the systemic pressure of 0.001 to 0.01mbar and the scraping film rotor speed of 200 to 350rpm, and the obtained distillate is a squalene crude product; ethyl acetate-normal hexane with different concentrations is used as a mobile phase to carry out gradient elution, the obtained eluent is collected according to time and a solvent is evaporated, the same fractions are merged through chromatographic detection, and the high-purity squalene can be obtained, wherein the content of the raw material olive oil of the squalene is enhanced from 3.6% to about 98%; and especially, by considering the requirement of industrialized production to select an extraction condition especially, the large-scale production of the squalene taking the olive oil as the raw material can be realized.

Method for rapidly detecting adulteration of olive oil

The invention relates to a method for rapidly detecting adulteration of olive oil, particularly relating to a method for detecting the adulteration of the olive oil by combing a near-infrared spectroscopy with a principal component analysis-radial basis function neural network method, and mainly being used for solved the technical problems that the suitable detection method does not exist at home and abroad, the detection time is too long and the detection process is cockamamie. The detection method of the invention comprises the following detecting steps: putting a sample in a 5mm-detection cell and carrying out spectrum acquisition by the near-infrared transmission spectroscopy, wherein the scanning range is 12000cm-1-3700cm-1, the resolution ratio is 4cm-1, and the number of times of the scanning is 32; taking the average value after each sample is repeatedly detected for 5 times; selecting the spectrum wave band within 12000 to 5390cm-1 to carry out pretreatments of baseline correction and vector standardization on the original spectrum; extracting the principal components for the pretreated spectrum data by a principal component analysis method; establishing a model of a radial basis function (RBF) neural network after the principal component is extracted; and acquiring the near infrared spectrum of a sample to be detected and carrying out forecasting by the established model. By using the detection method of the invention, the olive oil can visually distinguished from the adulterated olive oil.

Pure natural plant perfumed soap and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to pure natural plant perfumed soap. The pure natural plant perfumed soap is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 9-11 parts of purified water, 4.5-5.5 parts of baking soda, 30-36 parts of natural olive oil, 9-11 parts of tea seed oil, 9-11 parts of corn oil, 9-11 parts of soybean oil, 3 parts of Jojo natural olive essential oil, 9-11 parts of Jojoba oil, 9-11 parts of glycerin extracted from natural plants, 0.9-1.1 parts of lemon essential oil, 3-4 parts of aloe juice, 2-3 parts of ginseng juice, 1.5-2.5 parts of pure milk and 4.5-5.5 parts of pure honey. The pure natural plant perfumed soap provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the pure natural plant perfumed soap has certain bacteriostatic action, and can significantly improve whelk and dermatitis; multiple natural nutriments in camellia oil and Jojoba oil can provide sufficient nutrients and water for skin, thus skin is moisturized and has luster and good elasticity;and after bath, perfume is maintained on skin, skin metabolism can be accelerated, the formation of wrinkle and cell premature aging can be effectively prevented and stoped, and youth and luster can be restored, thereby achieving the effects of nourishing and whitening skin.

Method for preparing fatty acid stephanoporate starch ester and application thereof

The invention relates to a method for preparing fatty acid porous starch ester and an application of the fatty acid porous starch ester, belonging to the modified starch technical field. The method performs enzymolysis on native starch at first to prepare porous starch, and then performs acidolysis and esterification for composition of modified starch, so as to prepare fatty acid porous starch ester products with low degree of substitution. The products have strong adsorptivity which is greatly improved compared with porous starch prepared by single acidolysis and starch ester prepared by single esterification, and can be applied in various fields of foodstuff, for example, the products can be used as a microcapsule material and used as an absorbent for absorbing various functional substances such as pennyroyal, edible essence, pigment, olive oil, probiotics and so on. By adoption of the fatty acid porous starch ester for absorbing a target substance, the function of slow release can be reached and the service efficiency can be improved. The method has the advantages that: the method takes the porous starch as a raw material and performs secondary esterification modification on the porous starch with strong adsorptivity; the whole reaction process is simple to operate and easy to implement and has small environmental pollution; and the products prepared have superior performance.
