The outdoor high weather resistant waterborne wood wax oil is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 60 to 80 parts of modified and non-modified plant oil, 5 to 8 parts of rosin resin and alkyd resin which are matched in equal proportion, 3 to 5 parts of beta-terpene resin, 10 to 15 parts of carnauba wax, candelilla wax or beewax, 2 to 5 parts of microcrystalline wax, 0.1 to 0.5 part of ricinoleic acid, 0.5 to1 part of a drier, 0.1 to 0.3 part of an anti-skinning agent, 0.1 to 0.5 part of an anti-foaming agent, and 0.1 to 0.5 part of an ultraviolet light absorber. The wood wax oil is good in weather resistance and can be exposed outdoors for a long time to provide protection for the wood.
