Through the measurement, the extraction rate of the selenium polysaccharides is 44.62 percent, and is increased by 0.02 percent in comparison with that of a prediction value. At the moment, the selenium content in the polysaccharides reaches 31.9 mug / g. The extraction rate is high. The purified polysaccharides are subjected to infrared spectroscopic analysis; the main body structure of the water-soluble selenium polysaccharides is not changed by rich selenium, but the absorption peak of pyranoid rings changes; the result shows that in the selenium-enriched culture process of the lotus leaf lyophyllum mycelia, the selenium participates in the synthesis of the selenium polysaccharides.
