The invention discloses a method for preparing a
fertilizer from mixed animal
manure, which comprises the following steps: mixing mixed animal
manure,
calcium oxide and water, regulating the pH value, and adding 0.5 part of effective microorganisms to obtain a mixture; regulating the pH value to 8, adding
neutral proteinase, and carrying out enzymolysis;
steaming the mixture at 120 DEG C under 1.5 atmospheric pressures; pulverizing the mixture four times; putting a seaweed-containing sealed box in the mixture, standing for 15 minutes, and taking out the box; regulating the pH value of the mixture to 5, adding
lactobacillus, and carrying out anaerobic
fermentation; adding
yucca, fructus momordicae,
oyster shell, effective microorganisms and
straw feed ferment into the mixture, and carrying out anaerobic
fermentation; adding a
manure ferment into the mixture, and carrying out anaerobic
fermentation; and
steaming the mixture at 90 DEG C under 1.2 atmospheric pressures for 5 minutes, relieving to one
atmosphere, cooling the mixture to 15 DEG C, and adding 0.005 part of
nano carbon into the mixture. The
fertilizer prepared by the method has
high fertility, and is free of malignant
bacteria and pests.
