This invention relates to the field of
feed additive production technology, specifically to a production process and apparatus for feed additives containing active
plant essential oils. The apparatus includes a first
fixed frame, a worktable, a mixing mechanism, and a
plant essential oil adding mechanism. The worktable is located on top of the first
fixed frame, and the mixing mechanism on it is used for stirring and mixing materials. The
plant essential oil adding mechanism is located on top of the worktable and connected to the mixing mechanism, responsible for adding essential oils. The mixing mechanism includes a mixing box, a stirring frame, a sealing cover, a spray
pipe, a first gear, and a second gear. The mixing box is a rectangular cavity with an open top, containing two rotating shafts with the stirring frame mounted inside. One end of each shaft has a first gear and a second gear, which mesh to form a transmission structure. The apparatus can achieve automatic feeding, precise mixing, accurate
essential oil addition, and efficient automatic packaging, reducing
human error and production costs, minimizing essential oil
evaporation loss, and improving product mixing uniformity and the stability of active ingredients.
