This invention discloses a Bacillus microbial agent for controlling tobacco diseases, its preparation method, and its application. The microbial agent is prepared by compounding Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Bacillus bellis in a volume ratio of 0.8-1.2:1, resulting in a total effective viable count ≥2×10¹⁰ CFU / mL. This invention utilizes independently isolated specific Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Bacillus bellis; the compounding of these two agents creates a synergistic effect. Bacillus amyloliquefaciens secretes antibacterial substances that directly inhibit the growth of pathogens, while Bacillus bellis induces resistance in tobacco plants and enhances rhizosphere colonization, synergistically improving the control effect against tobacco bacterial wilt and black shank. Field trials show that this microbial agent achieves a control efficacy of over 75% against tobacco bacterial wilt and over 85% against black shank, significantly higher than single-strain agents. The strains used in this invention are isolated from the rhizosphere soil of tobacco plants in different tobacco-growing areas of Baoshan. The addition of a special stabilizer after compounding enhances the strains' resistance, extends shelf life at room temperature, and maintains stable efficacy.
