51 results about "Oxytropis" patented technology

Oxytropis is a genus of plants in the legume family. It is one of three genera of plants known as locoweeds, and are notorious for being toxic to grazing animals. The other locoweed genus is the closely related Astragalus. There are about 300 species, native to Eurasia and North America. Several species are native to the Arctic. These are hairy perennial plants which produce raceme inflorescences of pink, purple, white, or yellow flowers which are generally pea-like but have distinctive sharply beaked keels. The plant produces legume pods containing the seeds.

A method for preparing six compounds of oxytroflavoside from Oxytropis falciparum and its application

The invention provides a method for preparing oxytroflavoside A, B, C, D, E, F and G from oxytropis falcate bunge. The method comprises the following steps: (1) extraction: pulverizing the oxytropis falcate bunge, extracting the oxytropis falcate bunge with ethanol to obtain an extracting solution, and recycling the ethanol to obtain a crude extracting solution; (2) impurity removal: filtering thecrude extracting solution with a ceramic film and then separating the crude extracting solution with macroporous resin columns, carrying out elution by using a 40% ethanol solution and a 60% ethanolsolution successively, collecting 60% ethanol eluant, and recycling ethanol to obtain a crude extract; (3) one-dimensional separation and preparation: carrying out gradient elution on the crude extract obtained from step (2) by using a C18 chromatographic column to obtain four components including Fr.1, Fr.2, Fr.3 and Fr.4; and (4) two-dimensional separation and preparation: separately eluting thefour components obtained from step (3) by using C18 chromatographic columns to obtain the oxytroflavoside A, B, C, D, E, F and G. The method is simple and convenient to operate, the purity of the obtained product is high, and the market application prospect is wide.
