viscose blended
yarn and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to the technical field of blended yarns. A
polyurethane prepolymer is obtained by reacting a
polymer dihydric
alcohol with diisocyanate, and then a linear
polyurethane-
urea copolymer is prepared by
solution polymerization in a
solvent containing a catalyst with the addition of a chain
extender. The chain
extender is prepared by heating reaction of 1,3-cyclohexanedimethylamine and
maleic acid diphenyl ester under
inert atmosphere, and then anti-
wrinkle elastic staple fibers are obtained through
spinning, drafting and
cutting. The anti-
wrinkle elastic staple fibers are mixed with
polyester staple fibers and
viscose staple fibers, and then after opening, scutching,
carding and drawing, the mixture is fed into a vortex
spinning machine for spinning, and then heat treatment is performed, so that the anti-wrinkle vortex spinning
polyester-
viscose blended
yarn is obtained. The application significantly improves the anti-wrinkle property and elastic
recovery rate of the blended
yarn through the elastic
recovery characteristics of the
polyurethane-
urea copolymer, and the blended yarn has soft hand feeling and washing resistance. In addition, the vortex spinning yarn has less hairiness and good
wear resistance, and does not need to be cross-linked with
formaldehyde, so that the application is green and environment-friendly.
