coating and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of anti-
pollution flashover coatings. The preparation method comprises the following steps: spraying a bottom
coating on the surface of a cleaned insulator, wherein the bottom
coating comprises 30-45 parts of
polydimethylsiloxane, 15-20 parts of micron modified aluminum
hydroxide, 3-5 parts of micron modified
titanium dioxide, 5-10 parts of nanometer modified
silicon dioxide, 45-55 parts of a dispersing agent and 1-2 parts of a curing agent; after the bottom coating is cured, a
surface coating is sprayed, and the coating is obtained after curing; the
surface coating comprises 6-10 parts of
polydimethylsiloxane, 7-15 parts of micron modified
silicon dioxide, 3-5 parts of micron modified
titanium dioxide, 0.5-5 parts of nanometer modified
silicon dioxide, 75-85 parts of a dispersing agent and 0.6-0.9 parts of a curing agent. The super-hydrophobic anti-
pollution flashover coating has good hydrophobic self-cleaning performance, anti-
pollution flashover capacity, high durability, good anti-
impact capacity and self-repairing capacity.
