A process, and the product thereof, for making a composite vessel having at least one closed end, the process including the steps of: fabricating a thermoplastic liner for the vessel; overlaying onto the liner a layer of commingled fiber and thermoplastic material to obtain a composite intermediate structure; pressing and heating the composite intermediate structure to effect at least partial consolidation in apparatus which includes upper and lower silicon rubber bags, the bags having dimensions such that, during operation, their facing peripheral regions abut to encompass the composite intermediate structure; then placing the composite intermediate structure in a mold; heating the composite intermediate structure in the mold while applying a force, such as internal gas pressure, tending to urge the composite intermediate structure against and into the shape of the interior walls of the mold until the thermoplastic liner and the overlaid layer fully consolidate; cooling the mold and composite vessel until the composite vessel is solidified; and removing the formed composite vessel from the mold. The commingled fiber and thermoplastic material may either be wound onto the liner or laid on the liner in the form of fabric woven from the fiber and threads of the thermoplastic material.

The artificial skin is divided into two layers of an epidermal layer and an enderonic layer, wherein the epidermal layer is constituted by a micropore double-layered thin film with the functions of water proofing, ventilation and enderonic protection; the materials of the upper layer which contacts with air is polyurethane, or silicon rubber, or polyethylene glycol, or ethylene terephthalate and other medical materials; the lower layer which contacts with the dermis is a natural biological macromolecule thin film which is constructed by silk fibroin and chitosan; the enderonic layer of the artificial skin is constituted by collagen, polysaccharide and microspheres carrying growth factors related to skin regeneration and repairing; the microspheres have good slow-release function, and the slow-release period is equal to or slightly longer than the degradation period of the collagen and polysaccharide and can be matched with the skin regeneration and repairing period; and the thickness of the artificial skin is in a range of 0.5-1.5mm and can be regulated according to requirements.

The invention provides a multi-dimensional parameter assessment method of an aging degree of a running composite insulator. The method comprises the following steps: firstly measuring hardness, hydrophobicity, a surface defect area, an infrared absorption peak corresponding to a Si-O-Si group, a trap charge amount and a flashover voltage of a high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber test sample of an umbrella skirt of a target composite insulator; then performing quantitative processing on the measured data, and scoring the aging degrees of the processed feature parameters; performing weighted summation on the scores of the feature parameters to obtain a comprehensive feature parameter characterizing the aging degree of the composite insulator; and finally determining the aging degree of the insulator according to a corresponding relation between the size of the comprehensive feature parameter and the grade of the aging degree. According to the multi-dimensional parameter assessment method provided by the invention, the microscopic electrical characteristics and microscopic physical and chemical characteristics of the umbrella skirt material of the composite insulator are combined with macroscopic characteristics to realize the comprehensive assessment of the aging degree of the composite insulator. By adoption of the method, the one-sidedness of the traditional assessment method is avoided, and thus the accuracy of an assessment result is guaranteed.

The strength and the density of a carbonized layer of the silicone rubber based ablation-resisting heat insulation composite material are improved, the ablation resistance and the oxidation resistance of the silicone rubber based ablation-resisting heat insulation composite material are improved, and the requirement that the rapider the speed of a spacecraft is, the higher the effective load is in the future can be met.

The present invention is a cell phone holder and transmitter that is compact in size and is small and light in weight whereby it is capable of being clipped onto a holder attachment in a vehicle by a mounting clip and a gooseneck with affixed clip at the end. The holder of the cell phone itself also acts as the transmitter thereby minimizing the size and dimensions of the present invention. The present invention is capable of transmitting from an MP3 device, I-Pod or other media player. The present invention is also compatible with other devices utilizing a standard 3.5 mm audio output source. The present invention utilizes mounting surfaces composed of silicon rubber embedded in fluoride. Said combination of materials allows the formation of a secure seal for a cell phone while resting within the present invention and said material additionally allows a user to place and remove a cell phone of varying dimensions with minimum effort. A co-axial microphone wire cable of the present invention serves as a Frequency Modulation (FM) transmitter antenna. Said speaker and microphone wire cable antenna is composed of a copper alloy material to further its utility as an antenna. Said Transmitter sends signals to the FM band. Said FM band transmission is of a frequency at or between 88.1 and 88.9. Said present invention operates on less than 1 watt of output.

The invention comprises a constant-pressure water tank which is communicated with two water supply pipes, wherein, one water supply pipe is communicated with an upper pressure chamber; the top of the upper pressure chamber is provided with a barometer and an air-bleed hole and the side face of the upper pressure chamber is provided with an inflating device; the upper pressure chamber is communicated with a lower pressure chamber through an assembly member; the upper part of the lower pressure chamber is provided with a bubble exhaust hole and the lower part of the lower pressure chamber is communicated with a graduated flask through an exhaust pipe and a metered valve; the other water supply pipe is connected to the left of the assembly member; and the assembly member is communicated with the graduated flask through the exhaust pipe and the metered valve and consists of an impervious membrane, silicon rubber, a V-shaped slot board and a pressurized plastic membrane. The comprehensive permeability testing machine has the advantages that: firstly, the pressurized plastic membrane can quickly, precisely and uniformly transfer normal pressure to a sample, and the impervious membrane can prevent leakage of the sidewall; secondly, water flow is uniformly infiltrated into the V-shaped slot; thirdly, due to arrangement of the silicon rubber, the border effect is reduced; fourthly, the whole machine realizes measurement of the vertical permeability coefficient and the horizontal permeability coefficient, and is precise, simple and clean, highly efficient, practical and convenient to operate.

The invention relates to a high oil absorption polyurethane foam which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 40 parts of isocyanate, 35 to 60 parts of polyol, 0.5 to 3 parts of catalyst, 0.5 to 3 parts of foam stabilizer, 5 to 10 parts of foaming agent, 2 to 10 parts of opening agent,5 to 20 parts of flame retardant, 5 to 15 parts of silicon rubber spherical micro powder and 0.5 to 2 parts of coupling agent. The preparation method comprises the following technology steps of weighing, prepolymerization, dispersing, polymerization foaming reaction, curing and peeling at room temperature and cutting. The high oil absorption polyurethane foam can be used for the absorption and recycle of various oil products (crude oil, engine oil, diesel fuel, gasoline, kerosene and the like) on water surfaces, ground or surfaces of other objects, and various oil soluble organic compounds (benzene, methylbenzene, dimethylbenzene, chloroform, nitrobenzene, chlorobenzene and the like).
