The invention relates to a method for recycling
copper tailings in a segmented and quality-divided manner, which comprises the following steps: S1,
roasting the
copper tailings to obtain roasted
slag; s2, adding alkali into the
roasting slag, dissolving, and filtering to obtain alkali-dissolved filter
slag and alkali-dissolved filtrate; s3, adding an acid into the alkali
dissolution filtrate for
precipitation, and filtering to obtain an acid
precipitation precipitate and an acid
precipitation filtrate; s4, carrying out refining and
hydrothermal reaction on the acid precipitation precipitate to obtain
boehmite; and adding
potassium salt into the acid precipitation filtrate, and performing evaporative
crystallization to obtain
potassium sulfate. According to the method, the
copper tailings are treated through cooperation of
roasting and alkali
dissolution, sulphoaluminate can be decomposed,
dissolution of
sulfur and aluminum elements can be promoted,
potassium sulfate and
boehmite which are high in additional value are recycled in a segmented and quality-divided mode, and the comprehensive
utilization rate of the copper tailings is remarkably increased. In addition, the problem that the
building material expands and cracks due to
sulfate can be avoided through
recovery of the
sulfur element in the copper tailings.
