This invention relates to the field of rotary calcining furnace technology, and in particular to a special integrated calcining and
quenching furnace and
processing technology for seven calcinations and eight quenchings of
actinolite, to solve the problem that existing calcining devices are not suitable for rapid
quenching. The device includes a
rotary furnace mechanism, a
quenching mechanism connected to one side of the
rotary furnace mechanism, and a conveying mechanism disposed inside the
rotary furnace mechanism. The conveying mechanism includes a ring chain that drives inside the rotary furnace mechanism, and multiple calcining cylinders are slidably connected within a limiting ring. The side walls of the calcining cylinders are provided with mesh holes. The conveying mechanism also includes a pad, the part of the pad inside the rotary furnace mechanism being flat and the part outside the rotary furnace mechanism being concave. The
concave surface of the pad and two arc-shaped baffles together form a quenching tank. The quenching mechanism supplies quenching decoction to the quenching tank. The process includes adding an eighth
calcination modification after the traditional seven calcinations and seven quenchings, thereby changing the medicinal properties of
actinolite. This invention can rapidly quench calcined
actinolite.
